Can you just clear the warning?
Clearing a code without fixing the cause doesn't solve anything, and on safety systems it can be dangerous. We diagnose the cause first. Sometimes the fix is coding or calibration; sometimes it is a sensor, wiring or mechanical repair.
My Urus shows a gearbox warning after new wheels. Is it the wheels?
A mismatch in tyre rolling circumference is one documented possible cause, but it is not the only one. We check tyre sizes and specification, read the transmission and drivetrain fault memory, and confirm the cause before recommending anything.
Is GCC region conversion the same as GCC homologation?
No. Region configuration changes software settings such as maps, radio, language and units where your car supports them. It does not make a vehicle fully GCC-specification, and some features cannot be changed by software.
Can every car get Apple CarPlay or Android Auto?
No. It depends on the head unit, software version and hardware. Some cars need only activation, others need a retrofit, and some can't support it. We check your car first and tell you which applies.
How much power will Stage 1 give me?
We don't quote figures without testing. We start with a health check and a suitability assessment, and we only offer lawful calibration with compliant hardware. We do not remove or disable emissions equipment.
Are you authorised by the manufacturers?
We are an independent specialist workshop. Brand names on this page describe the vehicles we work on and do not imply manufacturer endorsement.
What should I send first?
The make, model and year, a clear photo of the warning, and anything that changed recently, such as new wheels, a new battery or bodywork repairs. That is usually enough for us to suggest the next step.
How long does it take?
Many coding and configuration jobs take a few hours. Diagnosis-led repairs depend on what we find. We'll give you a time estimate with the recommendation. [confirm typical timings]
